President and CEO

Her construction development and experience include a multitude of complex projects in several foreign countries, aside from those completed in the U.S.A. She’s responsible for the finance, marketing, and public relations functions for the corporation. Her extensive knowledge in these aspects contributes to the successful completion of each project. Her ability and desire to direct these projects, which exceed $500,000,000, has resulted in a growing success, and has undoubtedly earned Daniel Corporation a reputable spot in today’s business world.

Vice President

Daniel earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business. He started as a laborer and, over time, worked his way to projects management.

Daniel has been mentored in all aspects of the business with emphasis on development and construction. During the summers of his last two years of college, Daniel interned at our corporate office, duties included site selection, leasing, marketing, and client services.

While in college, Daniel remained very much, a part of all corporate activities. Daniel has excelled in ensuring the integrity of the buildings and systems. His exacting standards and attention to detail are an asset of significance. Daniel brings fresh ideas and creative methods. Daniel’s free time is spent with his wife and daughter. He enjoys golf, surfing, hunting and deep-sea fishing.

Jeff Foster

Director of Architecture & Design

A multi-state Licensed Architect, graduated from the University of Hawaii, a member of the American Institute of Architects and National Council of Architects. Jeff’s vast experience in commercial and institutional design, management and performance history, is an asset to Daniel Corporation. His knowledge in government regulations, zoning rules and building codes, exceed expectations. Jeff is a team leader, with Confidence knowledge, understanding and execution of complex projects. In his spare time Jeff spends time with family and loved ones, enjoys football, baseball and an avid snow skier.

Rob Richmond

Director of Real Estate

His real estate career began in 2001 representing landowners with property zoning, entitlements and land use permits. The relationships he established and reputation he has earned lead to 8 years in political and government consulting that lead into a position as deputy director of party development for the Republican party. Rob returned to commercial real estate in 2012, with his extensive knowledge he has transacted all major categories of commercial real estate. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, hunting, fishing, sailing and hiking with his partner Kristina and their son Tripp. Rob brings knowledge, insight and expertise to Daniel Corporation.
